I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and commend Connie Zeo from YMI Insurance. I met with Connie at the Bethlehem office to sign up for Erie Insurance for my Auto, Homeowners and Umbrella Policies. She was definitely very easy and friendly to speak with and also was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with Toni. I was referred to her by a friend and I could not be happier with the service I received. Fast response after initial contact and went above and beyond helping me transition from a former agent. Connie has been AMAZING! She has helped us get an affordable insurance policy for our family! Every time I have either called her or emailed her she has answered my questions and never seems like I was a bother. I would recommend her to anybody

Always a great experience when I call YMI Insurance. I deal with Connie when I call. She is the best. Always so helpful and takes care of my Insurance needs. I dread calling other companies, but not when I call Connie, she is the absolute best !
