I got a email stating that my package was delivered but somehow the postal service lost and could not find my package sink contacted Adam from fresh beards and without hesitation he told me he would immediately send my package back out. I received my beard butter, oil and my t-shirt today and couldn't be more pleased with their products. Great scent softens my beard and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
