Brian did a great job replacing a few corroded valves under a few sinks. I have used Schuler before and had their service rep Josh who is also excellent. Highly recommend !

Jason was here promptly for his 9AM appointment. He provided an estimate for several possible scenarios for the problem I identified and he explained each resolution in detail. After he completed the original job, he alerted me to a potential new issue involving elevated water pressure. He outlined some 'fixes' and after I approved them, he completed the work quickly. We were very please with the customer service we received from start to finish with our new water softener install. Our tech., Chuck Bull, was very professional and completed our work in a timely manner. He also explained the work that was completed. We appreciated all the time and efforts of the Schuler Team!
I found the phone representative from Schuler gracious and understanding of my problem. I found the technician that responded to resolve the issue personable, professional, friendly and willing to explain exactly what was going on and what caused the problem. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I received from Schuler.
