First let me say that my husband and I are very talented, perform 99% of all home repairs and are reluctant to call repairmen. After a particularly long and grueling day, we arrived home to a sump pump spewing water over our finished basement. We called Schuler Emergency Services......and you sent Noah. Prompt, thorough consultation & repair of my gas, hot water heater.
Noah showed up on time & educated me as to how my gas, hot water heater should operate. It required repairs & he offered me options. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the work that was being done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Customer service via the phone was also excellent.
