We have dealt with Schuler Service on several occasions, Basic plumbing needs, Hot water heater, just recently installing and reworking the plumbing on our dishwasher. Techs show knowledge and perform excellent work. Chuck B*** was the tech for several of these and does excellent work.
John did a great job installing our water heater-neat, professional and with a couple of improvements compared to my last heater.
Noah replaced our hot water heater today. He is very professional and personable. He explained everything to me about the installation and workings of the water heater. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend him highly.
We called in the morning and they sent someone by early afternoon. This was our first experience with Schuler and we will be their customer again. Deron, the service tech, was prompt, kind, organized and tidy. And he did a great job fixing our kitchen faucet. Our previous plumber, from a different company would’ve just given a super high estimate, and then insisted on replacing the faucet. Deron gave us an affordable quote and we had a senior discount as well. We are very pleased with both Deron and Schuler.
