I had a leak on the water inlet to our hot water heater. I called Schuler Service at 10:30am Friday and was told they could send someone out the same day at 1PM. At 1pm Ken arrived. He looked over the job, which I had done previously, and said this would not be problem. He brought in cloth sheets to cover our floor and wiped his shoes every time he came in. I recently had a new faucet installed on my kitchen sink. The service I received from Schuler Service was excellent. Their office was great to work with and they were very helpful in scheduling the repair in a very timely manner. The technician (John P******) that visited me and made the repairs was great. Right from the start, the service was fantastic. The office staff was helpful, informative and were able to accommodate my "broken pipe" on a Sunday morning in a timely manner--I was so grateful!
