We were very pleased with the very professional customer service that began with the initial phone call. Schuler is a model company in their communication skills, efficiency and very personable, knowledgeable, & thoroughly skilled staff. John quickly assessed & communicated the best course of action and immediately began & completed the work. We will definitely be contacting Schuler for any required future projects. Thank you for an excellent job!
Great service. I highly recommend them. I had 2 other companies prior to Deron try to find a leak inside my wall. The first 2 companies found nothing. Deron found the leak within an hour by tracing the path of the leak and some careful measuring. Leak is now fixed and I am finishing up patching up the wall and getting ready to paint.
John was awesome came in took care of my issues and was very fast and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about what problems and corrected them fast. I will have John come back in the future for any plumbing or heat problems I might have.
Chuck was very professional and thorough. Got the job done!!!

I am extremely pleased with both the "required" repairs that were completed (with experience and knowledge) and the additional "preventive" repairs that are scheduled to be done. My plumbing problems (leak in master toilet, replace water heater, replace sump p[ump, and install water softener system) were fully explained to me, pictures of the current deteriorated materials were shown to me and an action plan was developed.
