Schuler Service, Inc. is very efficient in every way starting with setting up an appointment with them via their website. We received an immediate email confirming appointment. An hour before our appointment, a text was sent stating approximate time of arrival and photo/brief information about Chuck B***, the technician coming to work at our house. He was a real gentleman and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed our problem within an hour. Would highly recommend Chuck and Schuler Service
VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE FROM INITIAL CALL TO COMPLETION OF JOB . TECH JASON WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH THE CHALLANGES OF WORKING WITH THE WORK RESTRICTIONS OF A HOME WITH AN OCD PATIENT.
I was 100% pleased with my Schuler Technician, Chuck B***. I received a text message from him this morning, and shortly thereafter he was at my door. His bio, which was forwarded by Schuler, was very impressive, so I felt very comfortable with him working in my house. I was completely satisfied with the job he did for me.
Well pleased with product and service. The only negative was the wait - 4 to 5 months.

The entire experience from the initial call to the actual service call was extremely professional, cheerful and reassuring. They were able to schedule my visit right away and let me know each step of the way what to expect and timing. We were pleased with the work done on our kitchen drain system Everything was throughly explained and your technician Elijah H***** was very personal and clear on the work to be done. We are still waiting on an estimate to replace a brown water pump for our kitchen sink which was checked at the time of service
