Called the office first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone over within an hour. Dakota was very professional and explained thoroughly the scope of the work to be done. He repaired the leak and did a nice job cleaning up. I would recommend Schuler Services and plan to use them for any problems in the future.
The young man who did the job was polite, knowledgeable and quick to accomplish the job requested. We have used Schuler in the past and have always been very pleased.
I made an emergency call to Schuler Services on Sunday, July 4 because of a total blockage. I could not use my shower or toilet. In addition, the gal who answered the telephone was very nice and helpful! Technician Deron responded to my call in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Schuler Services. They recently installed three toilets and sinks in our 85-year old house, perfectly coordinating their work with the replacement of three bathroom floors. Most of the work was completed by Elkan N*****, a courteous and meticulous professional whose experience and skill belie his young age.
Jason did an excellent job installing my gas water heater. He had to make many alterations which he did and didn't cut corners. He showed up nice and early and got the job done. He was friendly and professional and I felt comfortable with him doing the work
Everything from booking the service with Lisa to completion of the work by John was handled in a friendly and professional manner. We had an unexpected drainage problem in the kitchen. John arrived quickly, kept us informed as he diagnosed and solved the problem, and made sure everything was in shape before he left. Since we had extended family visiting and staying in the house, I was particularly grateful for the excellent service that I have come to expect from Schuler.
Solid and efficient work, as always. Chuck was easy to work with -- friendly but professional; communicated well and clearly; explained all the work completed and what to expect moving forward. Very respectful of us, our house and property.
