Brian was great! He came in and he knew exactly where he wanted to bring his equipment in and exactly what to do to unclog our main drain. He cleaned up after himself, turned off all my lights, and made sure everything was locked up. He also made sure everything was running properly before he left. Brian was extremely efficient and quick. Also the lady I spoke with to schedule my appointment gave great customer service. Schuler responded quickly to my emergency plumbing issue. On site- John worked cleanly, efficiently, and was thorough in explaining what steps he'd complete to resolve the problem.

This place is great. This is the second time I have used them after an unhappy experience with another company. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is courteous, friendly and understanding. You don't have to wait a week for an appointment, you get an upfront cost before the work is done. They are on time, neat and I highly recommend them for quality. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Elijah was both courteous and professional during the service call. He promptly assessed the issue with the commode and explained how he would remedy it. Completion of the service was quick and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Schuler service, as I have always been highly satisfied with their company.
Excellent prompt service. Our technician, Chuck B***, was very efficient, and completed the work quickly and cleanly. COVID precautions were in place and Chuck respected our home and our wishes. We highly recommend Schuler for plumbing repairs.
