Great professional service by John the person who came and did the job.
I woke up on a a Saturday morning to no hot water. I called Shuler and they had a technician out to my home within a few hours. All of the services and costs were thoroughly explained to me. My technician, Elkan , was neat, very knowledgeable,efficient, trustworthy, and personable. A few hours later, a new hot water heater was installed and life was back to normal. I am very impressed by the work provided by Shuler Home Services. -Bill

My water heater started leaking last night. I shut off the gas and drained it, and gave them a call this morning. I had not used them before, but they were recommended by a coworker for doing good work while being inexpensive. While I didn't find them inexpensive, my idea of price was also pre-COVID, and they were not unreasonable. I was happy with their workmanship and the attention they paid. The service was excellent. I called to schedule to have 2 garden hose faucets replaced at the foundation of the house due to one being broken and the other was just as old. The day I called, they said are you available tomorrow? I was like, yup. they came out replaced the faucets, the plumbing was very clean, He wore a mask and shoe booties and very respectful.
