Very quick and professional service. Jason was on time and did a very professional job.
Dakota did an excellent job fixing out hot water heater. Dakota adjusted temperature and installed a Watts PRV with gauge to adjust pressure. Dakota explained everything before leaving. Excellent service!!
1st time using Schuler Service and used emergency service for a drain backup in the basement. Jason P. was very helpful and professional, explaining the diagnostic process and potential costs. Followed all COVID protocols and quickly got the line cleared. Communication through Schuler was great, including providing a picture of Jason and credentials prior to his arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to call again for service.
This is the first time I used Schuler Services and I would not hesitate to use them again! We used Schuler Services Inc today for a repair of a water leak in the basement. The water leak was discovered Saturday evening. Jason arrived promptly at 8AM on Sunday morning. I liked the fact that I received a text message when he was on the way. The text let me know who was arriving, and a little bit about him, including length of service with Schuler Services Inc.
