This is my first time using Schuler Services Inc. I’m very impressed with their services and team. Communication was excellent within their company and with me. The customer service rep relayed all the information I told her to the technician. She also provided a 2 hour window for his arrival. Then, Jason, the technician, called me to discuss the issue and later to give a 15 minute notice of when he would arrive. He also arrived within the initial 2 hour window stated by the company. Jason did a great job on our plumbing problem. We didn't have to wait - showed up on time. He's very personable - explained the job before starting. The work was completed quickly. The finished product looks great. He took the extra time to fix a slight leak at our incoming water pipe. i appreciate that he wore a mask and took Covid protocols seriously. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed work completed.
Jason was terrific. He followed all of the COVID protocols and he was extremely effiecient at fixing the problem with my kitchen sink. I would recommend him without reservatino.
We are thrilled with the service provided by Jason P. and Schuler plumbing! When we scheduled the appointment for emergency service, we were told the technician would be at our house by 8AM. When we received the confirming text, we were given a two-hour window, starting at 7:30. Jason arrived shortly before 8AM - exactly when 'Lisa' told us he would be here!
