This was far from our first experience with Schuler. While Schuler is not the cheapest service around, they've proven again that you get what you pay for. Our water heater burst on Friday night. We called Schuler at about 7pm. Jason was at our house at 9am the next day and we were back in hot water (literally) by 2pm. Jason was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quite tidy in cleaning up after the work. And he's pet friendly, too! We'll certainly be using Schuler again.

Great communication from the start right after I called in an emergency situation to take care of a leaking broken water heater I received a call from Jason telling me what he needed to do and when I could expect him. Very professional and thorough service in answering all my questions and getting the work completed.
