I have commissioned Schuler for work in the past, and I plan to do so again in the future, as everything went smoothly from start to finish on multiple occasions. You may find cheaper options, but rest assured Schuler does not compromise on quality and customer service. I had Elijah come to my home to fix a water leak under the sink. Elijah also has done work for me in the past. He is very pleasant, and professional. He tells you up front what the problem is, and what the cost will be to do the work, and in this case what new garbage disposal would be best for my needs. Then he goes right to work, and doesn't stop until the job is finished. He cleans up the area afterwards making it look like nothing was touched. I could not ask for more. This is long but I am VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE today. I called Schuler Services on Monday 6/22/20 morning about a small leak/drip under the toilet into the basement. Talked to Jamie, who was very nice and friendly. She listen to my concerns about the drip, a nozzle in another section was leaking and wanted to get the water heater flushed out and get the calcium removed.
