I called Schuler Services on a Saturday mid-morning because my dewar drain pipe backed up. The basement was wet everywhere. YUK!! Schuler had a technician on site to assess and fix the problem very quickly. Deron was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was great at explaining what was going on.. Deron made sure to help me with the next stage of contacting a company for cleanup. They arrived late afternoon. I will definitely keep Schumer on my list of places to call and give them as a reference when asked.

The service was excellent, top quality and performed in timely manner. Deron was very courteous and replaced the sink with minimal disturbance to vanity, which I appreciated not having to remove anything more than necessary. Looks great! Super careful too in light of COVID-19.
