Hot water heater fails, Schuler will not. Friday night late, what plumber will even answer the phone? Schuler. 11PM they answer and scheduled emergency service for next morning. On time arrival. Great plumber, Jason, arrives. He knew everything about hot water heaters. Quick initial clean up and left house immaculate upon completion. Then question of replace with what unit? Electric vs gas. We were out of town and got a late-night call from our house-sitter that there was a Water leak and she didn’t know where it was coming from. After calling a number of plumbers, Schuler Services was the only one able to help in a timely manner. Elijah called me back immediately and was at my home within half an hour. we bought a new kitchen faucet from them, believe it must be faulty. However they’re making it right after coming to fix it three times. From their office personnel to their service people, they couldn’t be nicer, Jason in particular!
