Excellent service. Very responsive. Installation included a water heater and softener. Arrived at our home with booties, gloves and masks as our installation was during the pandemic. Once a initial survey was complete, installer provided multiple options for water heaters and softeners plus identified (2) code issues to be corrected. Once options were selected, all floor were protected and installation took place. After installation equipment operation was explained after cleanup. Notified me of who would arrive with a picture for easy ID. Elijah did a great job explaining what was needed and how much it would cost. Completed the work in good time and gave me information and suggestions for future improvements. Very happy with the company and their employees.

Schuler responded promptly to our request for service. The plumber did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it! He was very congenial. We have used Schuler many times in the past and will definitely continue to do so. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
