Excellent service from start to finish on estimate and installation of our new sump pump. All staff were prompt and efficient and friendly. The job was completed in a reasonable time and all questions were answered after the job was completed. Excellent service with smiles all around. We have found our new plumbing company of choice.
Elkin was very friendly and professional! He and his helper were very respectful of my home making sure they came in with booties on. Elkin explained very thoroughly my situation which made me feel very comfortable that I had chose this company. I would definitely refer my friends to Schuler and request Elkin!!

Elkan arrived a little bit ahead of scheduled time which was fine with us. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain to us what he was doing. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned everything up before he left.

After the latest hurricane we had an issue with our basement toilet. I made a few phone calls to different plumbers. Some were willing to do the job I wanted for more money and we would lose all functionality of the toilet. Not Schuler!! I had a phenomenal experience with them. Jim came in told me what he needed to do to rectify our situation and complete the job I asked for. Schuler sent Elkan to my home and I have ZERO complaints. Everything looks amazing and I’m so glad I decided on Schuler!

Excellent job!! Very professional and courteous! Elkan was our service technician and was friendly, neat, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He came to fix the hose in the back of our refrigerator and I showed him a few more things that needed repair and he was able to complete all jobs in a timely manner with no mess! He also was very conscious of all safety guidelines and wore a mask and booties at all times. I would definitely recommend this company and especially this technician to anyone needing plumbing services!

I used Schuler Service a few times before. Very pleased with them. I request the same plumber, Jason, every time. He is very nice, knowledgeable and focuses on his task. I reccomend Schuler. I will definitely use them again!!
