Elijah from Schuler Service was out to install a pressure reducing valve on our house. He has been here before so I was impressed with his work ethic the first time. Yesterday, he did not disappoint. The job required the presence of the Township to secure the water main and they both showed up on time and got right to it. This company is extremely professional. I called early morning and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The repairs were also completed on the same day. Prior to the technician, John, arriving, I was texted his picture. He observed Covid-19 precautions. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions the contractor had. I plan to make them my new plumber. Would definitely recommend them.

I just bought a home in February 2021 that had existing well. I am not familiar well and components having always had city water. Found the pressure relief valve to be leaking. Previous owner had used Schuler based on decal on tank. Called late Wednesday evening and they were at my home by 8:00/8:30 AM the next day. I was happy with the response time, and the crew crew was knowledgeable / friendly. I did feel the repair was a little on the expensive for what was done/replaced but we were stuck.

Elkan and Sean worked diligently to solve a major problem with our very old plumbing. They were very courteous, clean, thorough and professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail to us. We would definitely call Schuler Services again if the need arises
