John from Schuler Service came out to replace the plumbing in my shower. He was on time, came prepared, and when he left I had a shower that worked great!! What I appreciated is that he explained all that he needed to do to correct the situation and called me over to consult with him when there was an option on the course of action. Very professional and skilled. Appreciated being treated as both a customer and a colleague by him. Second time using Schuler Services. Strongly recommend!

Jason Sabin, and his coworker arrived on time. They were easy to work with and very friendly. I was kept informed on what they were was doing and why. After work was performed work area was neat and clean. And everything that was moved was replaced. Excellent job. This is the 3rd or 4th time have we used Schuler and would use them again.

We've used Schuler three times in the past month! Excellent customer service starting with Coreena S. going above and beyond to fit us in, to emergency service needed twice...one with Brian D. and once with Jason S... Both techs were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Jim S. ordered parts quickly and Jason S. installed new upflush toilet system and was back to repair some old time plumbing. Excellent job Schuler team, will definitely refer your business to others in need!

We experienced an emergency on a Saturday with a mysterious leak, We thought it came from the bathroom plumbing, and we called Schuler for a technician evaluation. Elkan Nelson came to our house, examined the area and listened to our concerns. With patience and determination, he was able to pinpoint the origin of the leak to a failed connection with a vent pipe. Then he was able to repair this leak in less than 2 hours.
