Great experience with Schuler Service from initial contact to finished job. Provided simple solution to my drain fly problem and advised how to keep house drains in good condition. I was very impressed with Schuler's efficiency and their ID system - sending a pix of the technician who would arrive at my house. Also they called ahead to advise me that Dakota would be arriving in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company.
I am thrilled with the excellent service I receive from Schular. Today Jason replaced my water heater. He was time, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him in the house and I had hot water by the time he left. He was very pleasant and a joy to meet.
The Schuler crew arrived with a fully stocked truck to complete the job in one visit. They explained the service in detail and provided the complete cost up front. The crew was also polite & kind, and they completely cleaned up the work area. I would highly recommend Schuler!
